These microbial, non-animal origin, milk rennet tablets are specially designed to be used in small volume cheese-making to coagulate milk and to produce cheese of excellent quality. Tablets can be divided as needed for the most economical usage. The number of rennet tablets needed depends on the quantity of milk to be processed. For example, 10 rennet tablets are needed for 500 liters of milk. If 25 liters of milk are going to be made into cheese, one half of a rennet tablet will be sufficient.
